Bookshop Memberships are wonderful, as the discount is unlimited (except the exceptions below*). So you can get as many books as you want during the membership, with a discount each time, and you build up loyalty points with each purchase too. Discounts apply on everything in the shop (books and all of our other items), they also apply on nearly all books that we can order in for you. We can order almost anything in print, usually for the next day. So if there’s a book we don’t happen to have we’ll be able to get it for you.

If you’d like to pop in to see one of the metal cards in person then please do so! They really are a very cool, luxury item that look great in any wallet/purse. Our booksellers are always on hand to offer advice and guidance. If you’re shopping for a bookworm and are unsure if a membership is right for them we have a variety of other gifts as well. These include Book Subscriptions, our Personal Shopper Experience or our Private Browsing Experience. The Private Browsing experience allows you to have the entire bookshop to yourself, so it’s worth considering if you’re thinking of that extra special gift!

*You can use your discount on mostly everything, however discounts cannot be given on National Book Tokens or Imagined Things Vouchers. Discount can also not be given on Book Subscriptions, Bookshop Experiences, sale items that are already discounted. Finally discount doesn’t apply to special order books (such as academic titles/imported titles/specialist titles).
